Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available
Job Description: As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for maintaining your dental hygiene license, in order to see patients. You are responsible for diagnosing oral hygiene conditions and presenting treatment for such diagnoses. You are also responsible for maintaining the highest standards of dental oral hygiene care, preparing and maintaining accurate patient records in regards to treatments performed, and other duties as assigned. As a hygienist, you will also be responsible for the preparation of treatment rooms for patients, proper sterilization procedures, as per OSHA regulations, and seating and preparing patients for treatment. As a hygienist employed by Crossroads Family Dentistry, you are required to follow all regulated HIPPA and OSHA guidelines, as well as all established in-office procedures as they have been explained to you. You may also be required to comply with mandatory continued education training, as they are provided by Crossroads Family Dentistry. As all employees at Crossroads Family Dentistry strive to work as a team, there may be other duties as assigned. You are required to maintain dental certifications (RDH state license) as well as laser certification, and CPR.
