Our caring staff will verify your benefits prior to your appointment if you have dental insurance. Scheduling

At Crossroads Family Dentistry we value our patients, and their time. To that end, our office has policy’s in place to ensure that time is adequately reserved to care for patient needs. When you schedule a treatment appointment with our office that is 90 minutes or longer, a reservation fee will be required in the amount of $25 per hour. This fee will go towards your co-payment in office.
Should you need to change an appointment, we greatly appreciate at least 48 hours notice, so we can contact a patient who may be waiting to be seen. If you change an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or no show for your reserved appointment, your reservation fee will be forfeited.
A note to parents: Due to OSHA regulations and HIPPA privacy laws we are unable to accommodate parents 1) leaving their children unattended in the reception area, or 2) having children that are not being treated in the operatories. If your child/minor has an appointment, one guardian or parent is able to be in the operatory with them during their appointment.
However, if you are being seen as a patient, your child cannot accompany you into the treatment room, or be left unattended in the reception area, for their own safety and the safety of our providers and staff.

Insurance

At Crossroads Family Dentistry we are in network with all major insurance networks at the PPO level, and will bill all dental insurances for your convenience. As a courtesy we provide a complimentary benefits check prior to each scheduled patient appointment. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dental care, while helping you best utilize your dental benefits. However, we work for you, not your insurance company.
Your dentists at Crossroads Family Dentistry have your dental health in the forefront of their minds. They will present your dental needs clearly, and give you treatment recommendations that will give you the best possible clinical outcome. Some of these recommendations may not be covered by your dental plan. However, our expert administrative team will ensure that you are informed of your dental benefits prior to treatment so you can make an informed decision for your dental health.

Payment Options

At Crossroads Family Dentistry, your treatment costs will be clearly explained to you prior to your treatment beginning. At the time of scheduling your appointment, your reservation fee will be collected. Co-payments for treatment are due at the time of service, in full, unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash or check, and all major credit cards.
As a courtesy to our patients Crossroads Family Dentistry has partnered with Care Credit to offer affordable payment plan options to our patients. For two part procedures there may be in house payment options available as well on a case by case basis. Please contact our administrative team for details.
