Single Tooth Implants

How do I replace my missing tooth?

Having missing teeth is often a source of embarrassment and pain for many. Even eating their favorite foods can be difficult. If you do nothing to replace your missing tooth you risk bone loss, supra-eruption of opposing teeth (supra-eruption is when the tooth below rises up out of the bone in an effort to close the space left by the missing tooth), developing malalignment of adjacent teeth, difficulty eating, and increased oral hygiene challenges. What are your options?

Why Get a Dental Implant

Dental implants are ceramic or titanium root replacements that are surgically placed and naturally integrated with surrounding bone. An artificial tooth is then attached to the implant to give the look, feel, and functionality of a natural tooth. They can be cleaned and flossed like natural teeth and with proper maintenance can last a lifetime.

What are the benefits of dental implants?

What are the benefits of dental implants over other procedures to replace teeth?

  • Dental implants can be maintained like natural teeth
  • Dental implants look and feel like natural teeth
  • Getting dental implants does not affect or damage surrounding healthy teeth or gum tissue
  • If properly maintained, they last longer than other replacement methods
